The purpose of this call is to learn more about you, where you are in your career, to discuss our processes, and to determine if we are a good fit to work with one another.

2. Please note that the Intro Call is not a complimentary résumé review, audit, or critique. The purpose of this conversation is to learn more about your career goals, understand the challenges you’re experiencing, and determine whether Carrington & Westbrook’s career services are the right fit for your needs.

We do send reminder emails prior to your call which will include important information, including your Zoom link. Consider adding us to your address book so that you never miss these important communications.

3. Cancellations, Late Cancellations & No Call-No Show Policies.
Please know that we take this initial conversation very seriously and hope you do too.
  • Cancellations: If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled time, please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance by requesting to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to re-open the time slot and make it available to others who may also be in need of our services.
  • Late Cancellations: A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours before the scheduled time. Be advised that at our discretion, late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
  • No call-no shows: A no call-no show is when someone misses an appointment without cancelling and without providing ample notification. We do realize that sometimes life happens, however no call-no shows will not be tolerated or permitted back on the calendar.

These policies help us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment, it respects our time, and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of service. Think about it - would you show up to your job late or just not show up without letting someone know? We greatly appreciate the same level of courtesy.
