• There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make per year.
• Carrington & Westbrook Consulting reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Know someone looking for a new job? Simply send us their contact information (e.g., email and phone number), along with their resume (if available). Your referral can be a friend, colleague, or family member—anyone looking to make their next career move. We truly value your recommendations!

Step 2: We Reach Out
Once we receive the details, we will contact your referral promptly, either by phone or email. After an initial consultation, we’ll assess if we have an immediate opportunity that fits or begin the search for the perfect match.

Step 3: Organizing an Interview
When we find a suitable position, we’ll schedule their interview, and your referral will be one step closer to securing a new role!

Step 4: Successful Placement
Congratulations—your referral has been hired for either a temporary or permanent position! Not only have you helped someone move forward in their career, but you’ll also receive a $300 gift card reward as a thank-you from us.
